Creativia Publishing, specifically in the form of CEO Miika Hannila, is a breath of fresh air in the often confusing and ever-frantic world of publishing in the 21st century.

While so many traditional publishers appear to take forever and a day to react and respond to submissions, Creativia are fast and efficient in ensuring prospective authors receive a rapid response to work submitted to them for consideration. In similar vein, once accepted for publication an author's manuscript is edited, formatted and proofed in less than half the time one would usually expect from comparable publishers, and publication of accepted works will usually take place within months rather than years. When I decided to publish my first book, I wasn’t sure what to do.  I had to research the literary business and learn about query letters, agents, publishers, and I

In 2013, I faced a personal literary dilemma.  How could I return to my passion for writing after an illness-in-the-family disruption that had lasted from 2007 to 2013?  How could I face the process of printing/mailing/SAE that I knew I would abhor?  The whole template of securing an agent and getting published seemed senselessly laborious and completely antiquated to me.  Why couldn’t the field of publishing venture into the 21st C.?  After all, I needed to move on to a number of books.
